1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gc777 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the gc777 website and mobile application located at gc777.vin and any associated services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using gc777, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of gc777, including players in Pakistan accessing the platform via browser or the gc777 Android app.

2Eligibility

To use gc777, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. GC777 does not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be a real person acting on your own behalf — not an agent or representative of another party.
• You must not be using the platform for any commercial or professional advantage not expressly permitted by gc777.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of gc777 or any of its affiliated service providers.

By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all the above eligibility requirements. If at any point you cease to meet these requirements, you must stop using the platform immediately and contact support.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on gc777. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device or the same IP address — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your real name, valid contact number, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. GC777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure.

You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without notice.

• Do not share your password with anyone — including gc777 support staff, who will never ask for it.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared or public devices.
• Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account immediately by contacting gc777 support.

4Deposits and Payments

All transactions on gc777 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions, no conversion fees and no hidden charges on the platform side for standard deposits. GC777 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits
• Raast — instant PKR bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer — standard PKR bank transfers

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or bank accounts that are registered in your own name. GC777 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If funds are received from a third-party source, they may be returned and your account may be flagged for review.

GC777 is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method used. Minimum deposit amounts are stated in your account at the time of deposit.

5Bonuses and Promotions

GC777 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses on first deposits, reload bonuses, cashback offers and event-specific promotions tied to cricket matches, PSL seasons and other sports events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be bet before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates for each game category are stated in the promotion terms.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated time period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. Systematic bonus farming or exploitation is prohibited.
• GC777 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if abuse is suspected.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash outside of the applicable wagering conditions.

6Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from your gc777 account at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

Verified accounts only: Withdrawals above a certain threshold require identity verification to be completed before they are processed. See Section 9 for KYC details. GC777 strongly recommends completing identity verification shortly after registration rather than waiting until your first withdrawal request.

Own-name payment methods only: Withdrawals will only be sent to accounts or wallets registered in the same name as your gc777 account. Requests to withdraw to a third party's JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account will be declined and may trigger an account security review.

Pending bonus wagering: If you have an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it are not available for withdrawal until wagering is complete. Your real-money balance (deposited funds not mixed with bonus funds) may remain withdrawable depending on your account configuration.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes to a few hours.
• Raast withdrawals are typically same-day.
• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• GC777 does not charge a withdrawal fee on the platform side, though your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on gc777 — whether on sports events including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football or esports, or on casino games including slots, live casino and fish games — are final once confirmed. GC777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.

Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment your bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. GC777 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled or abandoned before the standard completion point.
• The bet was placed at odds that were clearly the result of a technical error or pricing mistake.
• Evidence of match fixing, event manipulation or irregular activity is identified by gc777 or a governing sports body.
• The bet was placed in violation of these Terms or specific betting rules applicable to that market.

Casino games on gc777 use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. All results are random and independent of previous rounds. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are set by the game provider and are not modified by gc777.

GC777 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market without prior notice. Limits may vary by game type, account status and promotional period.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on gc777. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading or someone else's identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-manual way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such issues must be reported to gc777 support immediately.
• Coordinated play or collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live casino or poker formats.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use gc777 as a channel to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Systematic bonus exploitation including but not limited to using multiple accounts, VPNs or other methods to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour directed at gc777 staff or other players.

9Identity Verification (KYC)

GC777 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of players before processing significant withdrawals or if account activity raises security flags. This is a standard procedure across all legitimate gaming platforms and is in place to protect players as well as the platform.

You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — front and back scan or clear photograph
• Proof of payment method ownership — a screenshot of your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account showing your name and account number matching your gc777 registration
• Selfie verification — a photograph of yourself holding your CNIC

KYC documents must be submitted directly through your gc777 account dashboard or as directed by support. GC777 will not ask for KYC documents via third-party messaging platforms. Do not send sensitive documents to anyone claiming to represent gc777 outside of official channels.

Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold while KYC verification is in progress. GC777 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents.

10Privacy and Data

GC777 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the collection and use of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purpose of account management, payment processing, KYC verification, security monitoring and improving platform services.
• GC777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Payment information is handled by secure, encrypted processes. Card and wallet details are not stored in plain text.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting gc777 support, subject to any legal retention obligations.

11Responsible Gaming

12Account Suspension and Termination

GC777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information.
• Conduct detrimental to the integrity of the platform or other players.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, as defined in our operational policies.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. In cases of voluntary account closure or closure due to inactivity with no outstanding violations, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard verification checks.

You may close your gc777 account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed before closure is finalised.

13Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, gc777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform. This includes but is not limited to:

• Losses resulting from betting or gaming outcomes — all gaming involves inherent risk and results are never guaranteed.
• Service interruptions, technical errors or downtime affecting your ability to place bets or access funds.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login credentials secure.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or errors in deposit and withdrawal processing.

GC777 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and accuracy of information, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may affect platform availability from time to time.

14Amendments to These Terms

GC777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of gc777 after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. If any amendment materially and adversely affects your rights as a player, you have the option to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting support.
